1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using assetmarket.io ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Listing Policies

When creating a listing on assetmarket.io, you agree that:

• You are the lawful owner of or have authorization to sell the listed asset
• All information in your listing is accurate and not misleading
• Your listing does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your listing does not contain illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited content
• You will not use the platform to engage in money laundering or other financial crimes

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these policies without notice or refund.

5. Fees and Payments

• Listing fees are charged at the time of listing creation and are non-refundable once the listing goes live
• Listing tiers: Basic ($7, 4 months), Premium ($19, 6 months), Featured ($150, 9 months)
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in USD and may be subject to change with notice
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis

6. Transactions Between Users

assetmarket.io is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users.

• We do not guarantee the quality, legality, or accuracy of any listed asset
• We do not guarantee that a transaction will be completed
• Buyers and sellers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence
• We strongly recommend using Escrow.com for secure transactions
• Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved between the parties

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid fees
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the platform without permission
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

8. Intellectual Property

The assetmarket.io name, logo, design, and all original content are the property of assetmarket.io. You may not use our branding without written permission. User-generated content (listings, descriptions) remains the property of the user who created it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, assetmarket.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless assetmarket.io and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
